Resumen
Resumen: El propósito de este artículo consiste en un relato acerca de la implementación de la litigación electrónica en Chile, es especial en el siglo XXI, desde sus primeros hitos, desde la reforma a la justicia penal que cambia de paradigma desde un sistema inquisitivo a un sistema acusatorio, los efectos de la pandemia del COVID-19, sus problemas de implementación, los desafíos de mejora y algunas breves conclusiones de aquel tránsito y su impacto en la calidad del acceso a la justicia de la población.
Abstract: The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of electronic litigation in Chile, especially in the 21st century, from its first milestones, from the criminal justice reform that shifted the paradigm from an inquisitorial system to an accusatory system, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, its implementation problems, the challenges for improvement, and some brief conclusions about that transition and its impact on the quality of access to justice for the population.
