This research, which is based on two perspectives of analysis, focuses on the psyche of the person and the spirituality of the person. An attempt is therefore made to analyse an approach from two sciences that can converge at the same point; the "ontological I" of the person as the centre of his or her spirituality is postulated as the link between these two points. It should be clarified that the type of anthropology postulated for this analysis is man in his three dimensions: bodily dimension, psychic dimension and spiritual dimension. In the union of the three dimensions is the spiritual self or ontological self. For the development we are going to take the contributions of the ontological psychotherapy of its director, Dr. Raquel Bianchi, and the contributions of the dynamism in the psyche of the person, by the Jesuit Carlos Domínguez Morano S.J.Dr. Bianchi's contributions introduce us to the union of the three dimensions of the person and its centrality and fullness in the ontological self. Psychoanalyst Domínguez Morano's contributions introduce us to the dynamics of the psyche of the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola, focusing on his spiritual exercises and the discernment of spirits of the first week.
