Resumen
El ensayo reflexiona sobre el décimo aniversario del Código Civil y Comercial de Argentina (CCCN), enfatizando el papel central de la persona humana como núcleo y medida del derecho civil. Con base en el artículo 51 del CCCN, el texto destaca que la persona humana es sujeto de derechos desde la concepción hasta la muerte, afirmando la dignidad como un valor intrínseco e inviolable, y no como una creación del derecho. Este enfoque antropocéntrico redefine la interpretación de todas las instituciones civiles —contratos, familia, herencias y responsabilidad civil—, garantizando que el derecho esté al servicio del bienestar humano y no de la eficiencia económica.
