Resumen
El artículo propone una reflexión teórica sobre el concepto de desarrollo a partir de su primer significado, entendido como crecimiento, para llegar a introducir un enfoque fenome-nológico que lo define como momento de identidad dada por progresivos grados de conciencia social que fortalece la democracia, a través de la cual se especifica la demanda de derechos relacionales y constitutivos de un país o una región. Para hacerlo, se presenta el concepto de desarrollo a partir de los presupuestos clásicos, como aumento del Producto Interno Bruto de una nación, se pasa por el concepto de sostenibilidad y, a raíz de una breve crítica a lo que se define la positivización de la economía, se propone el enfoque fenomenológico como observación de la potencial razón ontológica de la economía.
The article proposes a theoretical reflection on the concept of development starting from its first meaning, understood as growth, in order to introduce a phenomenological approach that defines it as a moment of identity given by progressive degrees of social consciousness that strengthens democracy through what defines the demand for relational and constitutive rights of a country or a region. To do this, the concept of development is presented based on the classic assumptions as an increase in the Gross Domestic Product of a Nation, it goes through the concept of sustainability and, as a result of a brief critique of what is defined as the positivization of the economy, the phenomenological approach is proposed as an observation of the potential ontological reason of the economy.
