Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación es fruto del programa de Movilidad Académica Remota, a través del desarrollo de la modalidad de clases espejos, realizado por el programa de estudio de derecho entre la UCALP y la Universidad César Vallejo. En este sentido, nos propusimos, en la materia Derecho Laboral, investigar acerca del despido por embarazo o maternidad en las legislaciones de ambos Estados. Ello, con el objeto de buscar la existencia de simetrías y diferencias entre ambas legislaciones y tener una visión integral de un tema tan importante, no solo para el derecho en general, sino para nuestras vidas como integrantes de una familia.
This research work is fruit of the program of Remote Academic Mobility, through the development of the mirror class modality, carried out by the program of study of law between UCALP and Universidad César Vallejo. In this sense we intended, in the subject Labor Right, to examine the dismissal due to pregnancy or maternity in the legislations of both states. Our purpose is to seek the existence of symmetries and differences between both legislations and have an integral vision of such an important topic, not only for the law in general, but for our lives as members of a family.
