Resumen
El presente trabajo es producto del aporte y reflexión de alumnos y docentes de la Diplomatura en Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional (OVO), de la Universidad Favaloro, con modalidad a distancia.Se propone dar cuenta del rol del orientador y el encuadre de trabajo en entornos virtuales, en general, y en este tiempo de pandemia, en particular, sustentado por el marco teórico del Tercer Paradigma de Orientación, y visibilizar, de este modo, algunas prácticas propicias en su abordaje. Para ello, es pertinente construir definiciones sobre lo virtual y diferenciarlo de aquello que no lo es, a fin de compartir los significados para su lectura, socializando experiencias y propuestas de actividades para estos contextos.A su vez, se analizan las posibilidades que brinda la modalidad virtual en Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional, como así también los obstáculos, no desde una dimensión negativa, sino como punto de partida que habilita a un continuo desafío.Se concluye sobre la importancia de estos entornos y sobre su uso de modo combinado con actividades presenciales, en el momento que las condiciones epidemiológicas lo permitan. Mientras tanto, la Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional, mediada por la tecnología, constituye una excelente opción para un escenario complejo como el actual.
This work is the product of the contribution and reflection of the students and teachers of the Diploma in Vocational and Occupational Guidance (OVO) of the Favaloro University, from the distance modality.It is proposed to give an account of the role of the counselor and the work frame, in virtual environments, in general, and in this time of pandemic, in particular; supported by the theoretical framework of the Third Paradigm of Orientation and, thus, make visible some favorable practices in its approach. For this, it is pertinent to construct definitions of the virtual and differentiate it from what is not, in order to share the meanings for reading it, socializing experiences and proposals for activities for these contexts.In turn, the possibilities offered by the virtual modality in Vocational and Occupational Guidance are analyzed, as well as the obstacles, not from a negative dimension, but as a starting point that enables a continuous challenge.It concludes on the importance of these environments and on their use in combination with face-to-face activities, when epidemiological conditions allow it. Meanwhile, Vocational and Occupational Guidance, mediated by technology, constitutes an excellent option for a complex scenario like the current one.
