Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el nivel de conocimiento y adhesión del equipo docente del Colegio Virgen del Pilar a los valores y al Proyecto Educativo Institucional, así como la percepción y actitud de los alumnos de 6to. año de nivel secundario hacia la fe católica. A través de una metodología mixta que combina encuestas y entrevistas, se busca corroborar si existe un rechazo significativo a la vida de fe por parte de los alumnos, y cómo este fenómeno puede estar relacionado con el desconocimiento del Proyecto Institucional por parte del equipo docente. Los resultados preliminares podrían sugerir que un bajo nivel de adhesión de los docentes al Proyecto institucional y al Ideario Educativo, podría influir negativamente en la percepción y vivencia de la fe en los alumnos, llegando a fomentar, en algunos casos, un sentimiento antirreligioso. Las conclusiones permitirán reflexionar sobre la importancia de fortalecer el compromiso del equipo directivo y docente con los principios institucionales para mejorar la integración de los valores de fe en la comunidad escolar.
The objective of this research study is to analyze the level of knowledge and commitment of the teaching staff at Colegio Virgen del Pilar to the values and the Institutional Educational Project, as well as to assess the perception and attitude of 6th-year secondary students towards the Catholic faith. Using a mixed methodology that combines surveys and interviews, the study aims to verify whether there is a significant rejection of the life of faith among students and how this phenomenon might be related to the lack of awareness of the Institutional Project from the teaching staff. Preliminary findings suggest that a low level of adherence by the teachers to the Institutional Project and Educational Ideals could negatively affect students' perception and experience of faith, potentially fostering an anti-religious sentiment in some cases. The conclusions will offer an opportunity to reflect on the importance of strengthening the commitment of the teaching staff to institutional principles to enhance the integration of faith values within the school community.
