| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo tiene como finalidad analizar las incumbencias profesionales del psicopedagogo en el rol de Orientador Educacional (OE) en Equipos de Orientación Escolar (EOE). Se tiene en cuenta la idea de comunidad educativa como unidad indisoluble en el escenario escolar, trabajando en cooperación, compartiendo una misma postura antropológica sobre la persona y bajo el principio de corresponsabilidad. Se analizarán las incumbencias profesionales, roles y funciones que puede desempeñar el profesional del área de psicopedagogía, teniendo en cuenta los instrumentos y recursos con que cuenta para desarrollar una tarea preventiva, de acompa-ñamiento, reflexión y construcción colectiva sobre la práctica, conceptos claves a tener en cuenta entre todos aquellos involucrados en el quehacer educativo y sus intervenciones. Considerando la necesidad de formación permanente de los profesionales de la edu-cación, se analizarán las intervenciones y conflictos hallados desde el EOE, sin dejar de tener en cuenta el trabajo en equipo y la formación integral del alumno, de acuerdo a sus necesidades y particularidades del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
