| dc.description.abstract | El avance de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación ha dado lugar a un nuevo escenario delictivo, en donde el grooming es protagonista. Este delito es considerado una problemática de viva actualidad y de difícil solución. Dicha clase de acoso sexual virtual crece a niveles exponenciales y afecta a toda la sociedad, pero especialmente a los niños y a los adolescentes. El presente artículo tiene como finalidad visibilizar la existencia del grooming y el peligro que representa para los menores. La temática es considerada de interés para la comunidad debido al aumento de casos producidos a partir del año 2020, durante el aislamiento social preventivo y obligatorio (ASPO). Por ello, resulta fundamental visibilizar la existencia del delito y poder brindarle a la sociedad las herramientas y los conocimientos necesarios para poder detectar y prevenir una situación de estas características. This crime is considered a current problem and difficult to solve. This kind of virtual sexual harassment grows at exponential levels and affects the whole of society, but especially children and adolescents. The purpose of this article is to make visible the existence of grooming and the danger it represents for minors. The topic is considered of interest to the community due to the increase in cases produced from the year 2020, during preventive and mandatory social isolation (ASPO). For this reason, it is essential to make the existence of this crime visible and to be able to provide society with the necessary tools and knowledge in order to be able to detect and prevent a situation of these characteristics. | |
