| dc.description.abstract | La problemática referida a las denominadas «directivas médicas anticipadas» ofrece interesantes perspectivas que merecen ser analizadas, no solo en lo relativo a su correcto encuadre, sino en los requisitos vigentes al momento de ser aplicadas. Todo ello le imprime al expediente bajo análisis unos matices realmente interesantes y que debieran ser tenidos en cuenta por el operador jurídico.
