dc.description.abstract	Resumen: Los autores buscan analizar los retos que traería consigo la incorporación de la Inteligencia Artificial en la función jurisdiccional peruana. Específicamente, enfocan su estudio en el apoyo de dicha herramienta para la toma de decisiones dentro del sistema procesal peruano y en los retos éticos que ello conllevaría. Para lograr dicho objetivo, estudian a la Inteligencia Artificial en sus dos ramas principales: la conducida por datos y la conducida por conocimiento. Además, analizan la normativa peruana e internacional que regula su uso. El objetivo del presente artículo es averiguar si la Inteligencia Artificial puede elaborar tareas propias de un asistente judicial en el Poder Judicial peruano.
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The authors seek to analyze the challenges that would the incorporation of artificial intelligence into the Peruvian judicial function would bring. Specifically, they focus their study on the support this tool provides for decision-making within the Peruvian procedural system and the ethical challenges it would entail. To achieve this objective, they examine artificial intelligence in its two main branches: data-driven and knowledge-driven AI. additionally, they analyze the Peruvian and international regulations governing its use. The purpose of this article is to determine whether artificial intelligence can perform typically assigned to a judicial assistant in the Peruvian Judiciary.
