| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación, se intenta mostrar el marco conceptual de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) aprobados en 2015 por las Naciones Unidas. Uno de esos objetivos tiene especial relevancia para los gobiernos. En efecto, el Objetivo 16 plantea alcanzar paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas, y específicamente, algunas de sus metas apelan de manera directa a los poderes públicos, en cuanto marca el acceso a la justicia (16.3) y combate la corrupción (16.5).Ahora bien, ¿han seguido los órganos de nuestro país estas recomendaciones? ¿Están los ODS en las fundamentaciones de las decisiones judiciales? ¿Son fundamento para la elaboración de las leyes? ¿Cuál ha sido la actividad administrativa del Ejecutivo para orientar la construcción normativa?Luego de un recorrido por las principales propuestas normativas llevadas adelante o propuestas por los tres poderes del Estado, entendemos que existe aún un déficit importante en cuanto a su reconocimiento como base para la proyección de las políticas que se diseñan. One of these goals is of particular relevance to governments. Indeed, Goal 16 proposes to achieve peace, justice and solid institutions, and specifically, some of its goals appeal directly to public authorities insofar as it marks access to justice (16.3) and combating corruption (16.5). Now, have the organs of our country followed these recommendations? Are the SDGs in the founda-tions of judicial decisions? Are they a basis for the elaboration of laws? What has been the adminis-trative activity of the Executive to guide the normative construction?After a review of the main regulatory proposals carried out or proposed by the three powers of the State, we understand that there is still a significant deficit in terms of their recognition as a basis for the projection of the policies that are designed. | |
