Resumen: La tesina explora el rol del psicopedagogo forense en el proceso de reinserción social de personas privadas de la libertad, con un enfoque en la etapa de pre egreso en la Unidad N° 18 de Joaquín Gorina, La Plata. A través de un análisis cualitativo, se examinan las intervenciones psicopedagógicas aplicadas en contextos penitenciarios, destacando cómo estas pueden influir en la preparación de los internos para su reinserción social.
El trabajo considera las especificidades del contexto penitenciario, incluyendo la normativa vigente, como la Ley de Ejecución Penal de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Asimismo, se investiga la función del psicopedagogo forense como un puente entre los subsistemas sociales y el sistema penal, facilitando la comunicación y el desarrollo de estrategias que promuevan la autonomía y la adaptación social de los sujetos en conflicto con la ley.
La investigación incluye entrevistas semiestructuradas y observaciones directas para captar las perspectivas y experiencias de las personas en proceso de pre egreso, y se apoya en una revisión bibliográfica que abarca contribuciones teóricas relevantes en el campo de la psicopedagogía forense. Finalmente, el estudio busca aportar conocimientos sobre las prácticas actuales y proponer mejoras que puedan ser implementadas en futuros programas de intervención.
Abstract: This thesis explores the role of the forensic educational psychologist in the social reintegration process of individuals deprived of their liberty, focusing on the pre-release stage at Unit No. 18 in Joaquín Gorina, La Plata. Through a qualitative analysis, it examines the educational interventions applied in penitentiary contexts, highlighting how these can influence the preparation of inmates for their social reintegration. The work considers the specificities of the penitentiary context, including the applicable legal framework, such as the Penal Execution Law of the Province of Buenos Aires. Additionally, it investigates the function of the forensic educational psychologist as a bridge between social subsystems and the penal system, facilitating communication and the development of strategies that promote the autonomy and social adaptation of inmates. The research includes semi-structured interviews and direct observations to capture the perspectives and experiences of individuals in the pre-release process and is supported by a bibliographic review that covers relevant theoretical contributions in the field of forensic educational psychology. Finally, the study aims to contribute knowledge about current practices and propose improvements that can be implemented in future intervention programs.
