| dc.description.abstract | Desde el rincón de las hornallas, el presente artículo busca poner a disposición del lector (seguramente operadores jurídicos en su mayoría), algunas consideraciones que se fueron generando en el seno del juzgado que integramos, en torno a las resoluciones de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de Buenos Aires, dictadas en el marco de las disposiciones sanitarias para prevenir la COVID-19, como así también la experiencia que se fue consolidando en la práctica diaria. No podrían estar ausentes algunos argumentos, por los que pensamos que, tal vez, muchas de las resoluciones del Tribunal Superior, como de las prácticas laborales que se fueron generando en consecuencia, habrán de adquirir carta de ciudadanía en nuestra legislación procesal. En este supuesto, resultará pertinente analizar su alcance.Obviamente, perteneciendo ambos autores a un Juzgado de Familia, muchas de las reflexiones y conclusiones tendrán en cuenta la especial naturaleza del fuero. Artículo disponible en el Portal de Revistas UCALP: https://revistas.ucalp.edu.ar/index.php/Perspectivas/article/view/131/97 From a rare ‘unexpected corner’ this article is intended to acknowledge the reader (mainly legal practitioners, certainly) some of the considerations which have been generated in the very core of the court we belong to, around the resolutions of the Supreme Court of Justice of Buenos Aires, issued in the frame of the sanitary provisions in order to prevent COVID-19, as well as the strengthened expertise acquired on a daily basis.There must also be presented many of the arguments by which it might be thought that many of the resolutions of the High Court, as well as the work practices which consequently succeeded, might acquire a bill of citizenship in our procedural law to be released. To this matter, it is imperative to analyze its reach.Indeed, with both of the authors belonging to the Family Court, many of the thoughts and conclusions will take into consideration the particular nature of the jurisdiction. Still, we understand that the arguments to be developed are also inclusive for other competencies.With such two aims, we add an extra input to those who have already come to light in the pursuit of this brainstorm of ideas and the practices that the so unexpected COVID-19 has caused. | |
