| dc.description.abstract | El derecho internacional privado se expande notoriamente por diversos factores, tales como los procesos de integración, la mutación de la persona humana de un país a otro bien —sea en soledad o junto al grupo familiar—, el avance de la tecnología que permite conectar espacios virtuales de diferente etiología. El caso con elementos extranjeros tiene acceso ante la justicia nacional y también reconoce como un instrumento exponencial a la cooperación jurídica internacional. En la presente entrega, pretendo otorgar un marco práctico inmerso en la teoría que impera en el tratamiento de ambas aristas. The case with foreign elements has access to national justice and also recognizes international legal cooperation as an exponential instrument. In this installment I try to provide a practical framework immersed in the theory that prevails in the treatment of both edge. | |
