dc.description.abstractLa presente colaboración tiene como objeto reflexionar sobre la imperiosa necesidad de avanzar en una regulación que brinde un marco de responsabilidad a los llamados influencers, en razón de los bienes y servicios que promocionan. Se trata de promociones que se hacen en un medio digital y carecen de las características generales de la publicidad. A su vez, se busca indagar sobre diferentes definiciones conceptuales, necesarias para comprender la relevancia del tema abordado. These are promotions made in a digital medium, lacking the general characteristics of advertising. At the same time, it seeks to investigate different conceptual definitions necessary to understand the relevance of the topic addressed.
