Resumen
Resumen: El diseño del barrio, exponente de las corrientes urbanísticas de la década de 1920, se organiza a través de una diagonal que rompe con la trama ortogonal de la zona de las chacras uniendo visual y espacialmente la fábrica de cervezas con el parque. Siguiendo el trazado de un barrio jardín, predominantemente pintoresquista con manzanas triangulares y plazoletas que articulan las calles secundarias con la diagonal principal, acompañadas por una frondosa arboleda de plátanos que enriquecen la calidad ambiental y paisajística del barrio en su conjunto.
Abstract: The design of the neighborhood, an exponent of the urbanistic trends of the 1920s, is organized along a diagonal that breaks with the orthogonal grid of the farmland area, visually and spatially linking the brewery with the park. Following the layout of a garden neighborhood, predominantly picturesque with triangular blocks and small squares that articulate the secondary streets with the main diagonal, accompanied by a leafy grove of plane trees that enrich the environmental and landscape quality of the neighborhood as a whole.
