Resumen
Los poderes judiciales suelen ser estructuras reticentes a los cambios organizacionales. Sobre esa afirmación —que no es absoluta—, se proponen algunas herramientas de cambio (a modo de kit). No descreo de los grandes cambios que surgen de las cabezas de las estructuras, pero muchas son más difíciles de implementar. Ante esta realidad, propongo algunos pequeños cambios que pueden generar grandes transformaciones: las organizaciones, la forma de trabajo y la forma de percibir las tareas que se realizan.
The judicial powers are usually structures that are reluctant to organizational changes. On this statement –which is not absolute– some tools for change are proposed (as a kit). I don't disbelieve the big changes that come from the heads of the structures, but many are more difficult to implement. Faced with this reality, I propose some small changes that can generate major transformations in the organizations, the way of working and the way of perceiving the tasks that are carried out.
